Romney Leads In Darien Fundraising, Reader Poll DARIEN, Conn. – Mitt Romney continues to raise more money than Barack Obama from Darien donors and is polling higher among readers of The Darien Daily Voice in the race for president. But statewide polls show Obama is polling higher among Connecticut voters. The Republican nominee has received 452 campaign donations from Darien voters, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Those contributions total $656,305.
