Norwalk Office Manager Charged With Sexual Assault NORWALK, Conn. – A Norwalk dental office manager was arrested Saturday on charges of sexually assaulting a woman employee in July, police said. The woman said she was walking in a hallway at West Avenue Dental when Rafael Arias pushed her against a wall and began kissing her and touching her inappropriately, according to police reports. The woman reported the incident the next day, police said. Arias, 39, denied touching her when questioned, police said. After an investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest for first-degree sexual assault, a felony. He was held on a $200,000 bond and …

Darien Resident Makes Forbes' Richest List DARIEN, Conn. - Darien resident Richard Chilton Jr. is the richest person in town and the 360th richest in the country, according to Forbes' list of the 400 wealthiest Americans. Chilton is the chairman and CEO of Chilton Investment Co. and has a net worth of $1.2 billion, according to Forbes. He started the firm in 1992, and it now manages approximately $6 billion in assets. He also sits on the board of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The top five richest people in America are Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Larry Ellison and Charles and David Koch, according to Forbes.
