Google Takes Clarkstown Students On Expeditions ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Over the course of the past week, Google has been visiting with classrooms throughout the area, demonstrating the company's new application, the Google Expeditions Pioneer Program, a virtual reality platform built for the classroom. Jenkins Says County Takeover of Tibbetts Brook Park Is Hidden Tax Hike WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- As the second week of budget presentations drew to its conclusion, Legislator Ken Jenkins (D-Yonkers) was holding fast to his view that County Executive Rob Astorino's budget proposal will have adverse effects on the city of Yonkers.
